Bethesda Appoints New Human Resources Executive

Watertown, Wis. (March 2, 2009) -- Dr. John E. Bauer, president and CEO of Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services, Inc. announced recently that Michael Hoffman has been selected to serve as Vice President of Human Resources.

In this position, Hoffman will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department, as well as helping to ensure that Bethesda maintains its strategic plan.

“Michael’s experience in strategic planning within a large Lutheran organization makes him a fine addition to our leadership team,” says Bauer.

Formerly, Hoffman was the Vice President of Human Resources for Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Now in its second century of service, Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services, Inc. provides services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the country and around the world.
