Confirmands Find Fullness of Life in Christ

The desire to "live life to its fullest" has come to be one of the most overly-used reasons for just about any endeavor these days - from pursuing professional success to having a family, or even climbing mountains! But, when we set all of life's distractions aside and examine what makes up a truly full life, we inevitably return to the words of Jesus. He says, in John 10:10, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

Bethesda encourages spiritual nurture and development as an essential part of a full life for everyone. This year, seven men who use Bethesda's services reached a significant milestone in the development of their spiritual lives by being confirmed in the Lutheran faith.
