Bethesda in California

In California, we offer community-based homes and host home services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our personalized services also include comprehensive intermittent supports that provide greater flexibility and options to people who may not require or desire around-the-clock services. Our intermittent supports in California include supported living, day programming and respite care.

The people we support take advantage of the warm weather and California sunshine by joining friends and neighbors at the many parks, zoos and outdoor festivals and concerts. We are blessed by the ongoing support and dedication of our active Auxiliary, who regularly host Bible studies and raise funds to advance our programming and services in the state.

How can I get involved?

You can get involved or give a gift that helps us fulfill our mission—whether it’s volunteering for our community-based programs, starting a disability ministry, or becoming an advocate for people with disabilities. You can help Bethesda change lives and connect communities in California.
