Connecting through Christ-centered camp experiences
Bethesda’s Camp Ministry provides camps and retreats for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These camps connect campers, youth and adult volunteers, and college-aged interns to build lasting friendships. Our accessible camp located in Wisconsin attracts hundreds of people of all abilities to join together in worship, prayer and fellowship.
Our camp location offers a wide variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, karaoke and campfires. During camp campers and volunteers have a meaningful experience where they’ll build relationships with each other. Our camp is a unique opportunity for campers to spend a week immersed in Bible study and Christian fellowship.
At camp, year after year, people of all abilities have an opportunity to experience a life-changing event. New campers enjoy the opportunity to build new friendships, while returning campers enjoy reconnecting with friends from past summers. At the end of the experience, all of our campers and volunteers leave with new memories, lasting friendships and a renewed connection to their faith and one another.
