The Bethesda Lutheran Communities web site (the “Site”) and its contents are owned by Bethesda Lutheran Communities, Inc. (“Bethesda”). By using the Site you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. Bethesda reserves the right to change these Terms of Usage at any time without further notice. The changes will be posted on this Terms of Usage page and the last revision date will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Usage. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes.
All content on the Site is the proprietary property of Bethesda. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Site Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. By visiting or using the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Usage and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bethesda. With respect to any disputes or claims, you agree not to commence or prosecute any action in connection therewith other than in the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Wisconsin.
