Two New Board Members Elected

Bethesda Lutheran Communities has elected two new members to its board of directors: Christine Tricoli, New York City, and Malcolm Conner, Philadelphia.
Tricoli is senior vice president, Head of Talent Services at CIT Group in New York City and serves as a senior executive board member at Best Practice Institute. In her executive career, she has primarily focused on talent development, retention, engagement and culture. Tricoli also has held leadership positions at NYSE Euronext, William S. Hein & Co. Inc. & HeinOnline and Airlock Plastics Inc.
She earned a bachelor of arts in psychology and master of business administration from Canisius College and a certificate from the Securities Industry Institute from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.
Conner most recently served as President of American Water Resources Inc. He also has held executive leadership positions at Wolters Kluwer, Reed Elsevier, Thomson Reuters and The McGraw-Hill Companies. He currently serves as a corporate council member at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
He earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Hampton University and master of business administration in marketing and entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.
